any comment on these results

can someone please look at these numbers my sister got after starting iodine....her doctor wants her to increase her NT but she feels fine and i wonder if the high tsh could be related to the iodine she started at 50 mg a few months ago.....also her T4 is low but her T3 looks good?? is this a common pattern and would you increase meds....she feels good ..feels however she is shedding hair but her sex hormones needed a boost so she is now working on those too..ferritin....87 (10-232)FT4....0.7 (0.8-1.8) lowTSH.....14.55 (cant read range but obviously quite high)FT3....340 (230-420)vitamin D .....76B12....1046 (200-1100)
