Hi

I started Cytomel(t3) yesterday. I started on 12.5mcg. The reason I am on T3

only is to clear out toxins and reverse T3.

Afer 2 days of being on T3 I already feel spaced out and getting tightness in my

neck (like tension or spasms) had this symptom before but seems to be worse. My

temp this morning was 36.9 and pulse 78per min and I am now tracking my temps

every 3 hrs.

Have I started on too much T3 too soon or do I need to be patient and let it

settle in system? I was taking 1 grain Erfa (but felt better on 1 half grains

Erfa).

Today I am splitting the dose into morning and afternoon but think I will split

into 4 from now on.

I am totally baffled with whats going on with me... as my private docs says I

have both hyper and hypo symptoms eg (thumping heart rate, fatigue, stiffness in

joints, constipation, hairloss, low body temps ie. on erfa waking temps were

ranging from 35.9 - 36.4) and memory/poor concentration. He explained my

problems were prob due to too much T4 in my system and not enough T3 due to

conversion problem and poor adrenals. My bloods as of April were FT3 6.5

(3.95-6.8), ft4 12.3 (12.0-22). I am also taking Nutri Adrenal supplements (6

per day) to help support my adrenals as DHEA was high on saliva test. Am also

taking magnesium, Co q 10, VIT B and iron and VIT C.

Can anyone explain the spasms/tightness in my neck area, I have no thyroid had

it removed. Can it be something to do with too little/too much T3 ?

Thanks
