The cause of RT3 can not always be found. The good news is that this group's

T3-only protocol will fix an RT3 problem, regardless of cause.

I don't know what you're using to increase testosterone, but thought it was

worth mentioning that I had no luck at all with the cream. It was compounded

prescription-strength cream, (very similar to the stuff Val has such good

results with!), but for me it just didn't work. I'm currently using sublingual

troches (from the same compounding pharmacy) and have seen some improvement; it

is too early to tell yet just how much of an improvement they will produce in

the long run.

HC, so right now I don't have high or low cortisol and I'm not following any

extreme diet and I'm sneaking up on 50, so aging doesn't appear to apply.

Free radical loads means the amount of free radicals you have floating around in

your body. I'm sure you're aware of the anti-oxidant craze in supplments. Well,

that's to combat free radicals. Too many can wreak havoc with your body. Of

course, I looked this up as I tested high for free radicals and discovered --

FIGURES - that low thyroid status promotes free radicals! Seems the thyroid

regulates about EVERYTHING in our body and nothing works right without proper

amounts of t3. Nevertheless, I take a lot of antioxidants right now to help my

body out.

How strong is the gel you are using? I have to use 3 mg a day to get my free

testosterone up. But you may need the troches that Margery uses.

If all else fails, I guess injections might work.

really worked on reducing the stress and I just find it hard to believe that I'd

have to go further than I have. ON the other hand we have a way to go with the

sex hormones.

see anything else that applies. Although I don't know what " free radical load "

means - so that could possibly be something.

on estrogen and testosterone and while we are seeing an increase, the free

testosterone still won't budge. More time, patience, and supplementation is

required, I think.
