I think you can run into trouble with to frequent of dosing. I take mine 4x a day. Have you had ferritin or cortisol checked? Do you have a thyroid? I'm not sure about having trouble from increasing as I am pretty new as well. I am taking 100mcg total now.

after a few months on synthroid and not feeling much better, i got new labs:free t4 1.2 ng/dlfree t3 2.9 pg/mlrt3 28 ng/dltsh 1.680on 4/29/10 i started taking generic cytomel 5 mcg x2, then the next day x3. i kept uping the dose, because my temp never went high, and i never felt hyper. in fact, i felt no effects really. i'm just worried i've been increasing it too fast, way faster than on the rt3 page says to do, but i've been feeling good. no hyper symptoms at all. and now, only about 2 weeks later i'm up to 12.5 mcg x 6 spread through the day. should i just keep listening to my body and increasing, or should i slow down and risk the low temp/hypo feelings coming back?

i have my thyroid. my cortisol was in range, but i never had my ferritin

checked. i'm only concerned because after 2 weeks i'm up to 75 mcg/day. is it

just possible my rt3 is clearing very fast?
