Guest guest Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 KC, After reading info in the Stop the Thyroid Madness forums it looks like Thyroid-S (by Sriprasit) is much less expensive than Armor but works just as well. I have to pay out of pocket for all of my hormones plus my husband's meds, so I am always trying to reduce our health care costs. We have a HMO with a very limited formulary. My HMO doc is not helpful so I have to go to a private pay doc for my hormones. I have to keep the HMO just in case we have to have surgery or have to go to the hospital.
