Guest guest
Yep, therein lies a huge part of the problem! We must learn to slow ourselves down a bit when we do feel a bit better. It will last longer if we do. It is so hard to do though! It's really frustrating to me. I feel like others think I'm lazy and just don't want to do anything, but given my energy level and how I feel in general all the time, I get an amazing amount done. Of course, by that I mean I manage to accomplish a very small fraction of what I need/want to do. So when I have a rare day wher I feel a bit better, I too will push myself to get more done. I SOOO need to get over that! Maybe if I buy myself a shock collar.... Cherie Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.--C.S. > I do that because I am so desperately behind. If I get a good day, I > want to make full use of it.
