Guest guest
I know you mention Corn Meal specifically, but do you think that would also apply to their Corn Grits/Polenta? I just bought some, of course, and now I'm not sure I should use it. Any input appreciated! in TN <SillyYaks > wrote: >> I was so happy to read your recipe because I just ordered Teff and > Buckwheat flour from Bob's Red Mill, and wasn't sure what to use them > in. And now I can make your rolls! Very cool. Is this recipe already > in the files, or do I need to upload it?The original should be in the files - I got it from this group! Idon't know if my modified version is - I use bigger eggs, and add highprotein flour to compensate. As for the teff, just omit some rice flour from a recipe, up to maybe1/3 of the total, and use teff instead. You might need to adjust theliquid in some recipes.> > I think that in the past Bob's Red Mill did not have dedicated gluten > free lines, and so there were cross contamination issues. They've told me to stick with the items with the GF logo, and I've done fine using those.Maureen
