Thanks, Nick.

I've been on 15mg HC for 1.5 years. I'm wanting to wean off it too. I had been

having steady temps at 98.6 for awhile on 2 and then 2.5 grains. However, my RT3

ratio was still high on 2 grains. Even though the RT3 was high I had steady 98.6

temps. I increased to 3 grains b/c I still have low morning basal temp and

stiffness and pain and muscle fatigue still with me, as well as thinning hair,

skin issues.

My temps are back up a bit, but staying at 98.2 yesterday all day. Today first

temp was 98.4 close to 98.6 hard to tell.

One thing that did occur after my post was I got a cycle, which I have not had

for 3 months and I've read women's temps drop the day before and the day of, so

it could have been that.

I'm wondering about my RT3 though. I have a phone consult with my DR. today so

I'll see what he thinks.

Even though the temps were low, they were steady, so I don't think it's

adrenals, and I don't feel like I have low adrenal issues, although I still get

dizzy when I stand up from a low position and my BP tends to still be on the low

side, and my saliva is always salty.

Will increasing the Erfa just cause more RT3?

not sure why the RT3 has returned.
