Guest guest
i have a question on temps...you say average of 98.6 so does that mean it is normal to have some higher and lower throughout the day? what would you say is a good basal temp to strive for pre ovulatory> Subject: Re: Re: help with my new reverse T3 ratioTo: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, April 29, 2010, 7:29 AM Your temps are good? Guest guest
Well, I felt bad while on the t4/t3. But I was even WORSE when I stopped taking it because of possible adrenal fatigue. It's hard to explain but I felt "toxic". It's weird though because while on the t4/t3 I would break out with acne on my chest and face. I wasn't sure that's what was causing it until the day before when the acne "mraculously" cleared up. My brain isn't as foggy, still a little because I am still hypo, as it was when I was on the meds. I go to the dr on the 12th for testing to see what's going on with me. I'm not taking any meds except for supplements advised by a dear friend who's suffered the same symptoms I have now. I've gained some weight since I stopped taking meds but I couldn't lose weight while on them either. :-( Subject: Re: Re: help with my new reverse T3 ratioTo: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, April 28, 2010, 9:44 PM thank you very much. so you went through a lag time of a few days? did you add t3? Re: Re: help with my new reverse T3 ratio NO. Usually people feel nothign but better with droppign T4 as it si not doign ANYTHING but blocking the T3 form working. T3 is the active hormone.-- http://nthadrenalsw eb.org/http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ NaturalThyroidHo rmonesADRENALS/http://faqhelp. webs.com/http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ RT3_T3/http://www.thyroid- rt3.com/http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/HypoPets/http://www.stopthet hyroidmadness. com/
Guest guest
97.8 to 98.2 is good basal temps this accomodates the lower and higher ovulatory temps. Pre-ovulation may be as low as 97.8 after you ovulat it hsoudl be the higher end. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
