Magnesium Glycinate (from Metagenics) 1 upon rising

Advanced Adult probiotics (udos choice) 1 after breakfast, 1 after dinner

Bioglycozyme (Biotics Research Corporation) 1 with breakfast 1 at dinner

Magnesium oil- use externally- 1tsp/day

Catalyn (Standard Process Inc) 1 at breakfast

Calphonite (Sonne's) 1 tbls 3x a day - I never used a whole lot of this cause it is kinda gross lol

Spascupreel (Heel) as needed- I took one or two when I was flaring

2nd meeting: she did an analysis of my urine and said I had a bladder infection so I am taking 3 pills/ 4 times to help that, but you wouldn't need this, and I am taking cranberry complex, because she said my urine is very acidic and that could be causing the burny pee I get occasionally so I am trying this to see if this helps, this too is probably the pn.

Then she suggested Rotating Mixed EFAs (Biotics) - I take 1tbls at nite or at lunch

and Cod Liver Oil - (Dr Rons) 1 teasp in the morning

She is giving me this stuff called Fen Cho she was out of it when I was there last week, said its very good for constipation, she said everyone should have 3 bile movements a day, and they should float lol, can u imagine?

I think the oils should help with constipation too

Finally, she recommends 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil or Creme, she sells it its 100% virgin coconut oil, its quite good.

But really you need to go get evaluated this was just what she recommended for me based on iridology and my saliva and urine tests, but she said she has treated successfully women with pn

I told my neurologist about what I was doing and he said he works alot with homeopathic doctors which really surprised me. I am going to see how things continue, the burning urination is probably the biggest symptom but is subsiding, she said if it does not go completely we will work on more things to calm the nerve.
