Direct Lab Services is at - the number to order tests. They

won't file insurance but will give you paperwork to file it yourself after

prepaying the test.

Has anyone bought the test through Direct Lab Svcs and had trouble with

getting at least out of network credit/reimbursement for the test because it's

through this slightly unusual doctor that prescribes it for you? (Direct Lab

Svcs has a doctor on staff that'll prescribe it for you, but there will be no

office visit that accompanies usual testing and the doctor will not appear to be

your regular doctor ordering it). Does main PPO type plans pay this OK?
