I had my mercury fillings removed seven months ago, but I am due for a cleaning

this week. I also can tell that I will be in need of more dental work-- I am

guessing that I need some more crowns. With my lead poisoning, my tooth decay

has been rapid (funny how before I knew all of this, they used mercury to fill

my teeth decaying from lead poisoning!!).

Is it safe to be chelating and going to the dentist? I noticed that TK made a

note earlier this week that going to the dentist still makes him sick.

Anything I can take to make this safer?

No Vitamin C before - LOTS and LOTS after. Get a Vitamin C IV if

possible.

Ask for a non-epinephrine non-vasoconstrictor anaesthetic

Take 5grams activated charcoal 15mins before and right after.

See if you can get an alternate air source - oxygen through nose (rent from a

supply shop maybe).

Don't let him do it without a rubber dam.

Some more tips here

Sweat lots the day after to get some metal out that is released.

Good luck.

OT- dentist appointment

Tomorrow I am getting 3 of my fillings replaced (because someone canceled). :-)

My dentist said not to take any of my antioxidants the night before or morning

of. Isn't this just true of vitamin C though? I can still take my E, fish oil,

and B's, right?

Anything else I should know before I go in? This is sort of last minute- I

wasn't planning on going until the 20th.

Thanks,

Olif
