Guest guest
I know someone personally who went on full dosing of Iodoral for a goiter (4 per day) last year after doing poorly on the urine challenge test. She has gradually lost 30 some pounds since she started taking it and is feeling great. My understanding is that any excess iodine/iodide the body doesn't need will pass out in urine. I'm lead to wonder why testing would first be necessary when symptoms are so obvious...but I'm not a practitioner. You can by 6 months of iodine with that amount of money. If her symptoms were'nt so obvious I think we'd do the test otherwise she already started on 13.5 potassium iodide.
