Let me provide accurate information here.

I do this ONLY AFTER you have gotten your health care practitioner on board,

signed off,

supervising the whole thing.

Anyone interested in my fee for service consulting needs to get forms to set

this up and

cover other issues by postal mail from me first.

There is no way on my site ( noamalgam.com - the book sales site) to email me or

set this

up.

Most people seem to do fine without the need for my consulting services.
