is iron/anemia problem self-correcting with thyroid resolution?

Just want to better understand; is the problem with hypothyroidism-caused anemia

and iron deficiency usually resolved after RT3 clearance and beyond, or do

people like us often need heavy iron dosing or IV iron continually and

indefinitely afterwards, even when on stable doses of T3 for years (or maybe

just a smaller maintenance dose daily)?
