Guest guest
>That seems really odd as many find that are taking t3 in the evening it has the opposite effect. I'd appreciate any recommendations of what I should do to get past this. Timing is important, I can take it as I go to sleep and benefit, 30 mins before and it wakes me up Nick
Guest guest
Have you done any adrenal testing? This is a sign of low or high night time cortisol. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > I began T3 two weeks ago slowly increasing..now up to 32 mcg spread out over the day..and feel ready to increase. I felt VERY hypo at first but have been taking supplements and sea salt (based on great advice on this blog) that have been tremendously helpful. I feel good, energetic and my temps have become stable and slowly increasing. However, I have found that if I take t3 in the evening I can't sleep even if I take melatonin and phophatidyl serine. That seems really odd as many find that are taking t3 in the evening it has the opposite effect. I'd appreciate any recommendations of what I should do to get past this. > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences.
