How high is the copper?

High copper is usually a clue that you will need to pay special

attention to liver support and adopt a liver friendly diet.

Usually removing the mercury solves the problem that is causing the

copper to accumulate.

On p 72 of Andy's 'Hair Test Interpretation' book he gives sources of

copper to help with avoidance. Avoid foods high in copper.

On p 115-117, 256-266 there are sections on copper. Basically

supplements are taken to reduce copper levels (zinc, molybdenum,

taurine, glycine, milk thistle, phosphatidylcholine).
