On p 72 of Andy's 'Hair Test Interpretation' book he gives sources of copper to help with avoidance. Avoid foods high in copper. On p 115-117, 256-266 there are sections on copper. Basically supplements are taken to reduce copper levels (zinc, molybdenum, taurine, glycine, milk thistle, phosphatidylcholine).
