Guest guest
This post is a bit confusing. First, the quote from Andy is from what group and what is the post number? And the contradictory information in 'Amalgam Illness' is on what page? J > > > > > > <<<<<<< > > but it is > > > probably more helpful to tell you the way to increase histamine which > > > I DO know and which works wonderfully well. > > > > > > Take 2-4 grams of the amino acid l-histidine on an empty stomach. > > > Adjust dose depending on response. Guest guest
The post is from a archive from onibasi (sp?) autism message board. The reference is in amalgam illness don't have the pages I think p97 or 127? Can't remember. They definately don't match each other though. He says for low histamine: Vit C, b6, niacin, B-12 and histidine. But in the message he says the opposite with the exception of histidine. I think I know the answer, though. I think the stuff he recommends in the book is what will benefit people with low histamine. The post from onibasu is about how to raise histamine, which is a slightly different question. If you want to raise histamine, take histidine. Don't worry about the other stuff. --
