acid panthothenic acid, high protein and supplementary histidine.

Thanks

This post is a bit confusing.

First, the quote from Andy is from what group and what is the post number?

And the contradictory information in 'Amalgam Illness' is on what page?

The post is from a archive from onibasi (sp?) autism message board.

The reference is in amalgam illness don't have the pages I think p97

or 127? Can't remember. They definately don't match each other

though. He says for low histamine: Vit C, b6, niacin, B-12 and

histidine. But in the message he says the opposite with the exception

of histidine.

You could send him an email (his address is in the members link or

in the archives.

I think I know the answer, though. I think the stuff he recommends

in the book is what will benefit people with low histamine. The

post from onibasu is about how to raise histamine, which is a

slightly different question.

If you want to raise histamine, take histidine. Don't worry about

the other stuff.
