Taurine induces bile flow. Lack of bile flow induce copper build-up. Maybe you

are stirring up copper by moving your bile?

I read from an outside source that taurine is very effective at bind

to copper and removing it. MSM (which you obviouly don't want to

take), is also supposed to be very effective at removing copper from

the body.

When I first got sick I decided to take MSM and it made my symptoms

much worse. I would like to see that taurine source if possible.

I found this:

" Taurine may make a copper deficiency worse, based on a single case

history [brien Quirk, private communication]. This may be because

taurine may be mobilizing copper and zinc into the plasma [Li]. So if

you should decide to take taurine, make sure your copper intake is

more than adequate, as well as your zinc. "
