Guest guest
Your hair test meets counting rule 3 (4 or more in the red) with 5 in the red, and counting rule 4 (11 or less in green and white) with 7 in gr and wt, and it's just one short of meeting rule 1! That means mineral transport is deranged and mercury is a big problem for you. Copper is slightly high but not high enough to restrict chelation. If I was you I would buy Andy's 2 books and get on his supplement program asap (pages 133- 134 of 'Amalgam Illness', pay special attention to liver support, and see p 256 of 'Hair Test Interpretation' for supplements to help reduce copper). I suspect that you will find that you will only be able to tolerate low doses of chelators at first. See TKs general chelation suggestions in the files section. Many people start at 12.5 mg chelator per dose, and some even lower, like maybe 5 - 10 mg per dose. Remember that ALA doses must be taken every 3 h or less around the clock, DMSA - 4 h or less, DMPS - 8 h or less, in rounds of at least 3 days and 2 nights, and then as many days off as days on.
