Guest guest
Listmates, I recently joined this group. I have been reading Andy's book and recently completed Dignos-Techs, Inc. saliva test thru Canary Club. I am needing some help to understand my cortisol and hormone results. Cortisol 7-8am 29 elevated (ref. 13-24nM) 11-Noon 7 normal (ref. 5-10 nM) 4-6pm 3 normal (ref. 3-8 nM) 11-mid 6 elevated (ref. 1-4 nM) Cortisol burden 45 (ref. 23-42) DHEA 13 elevated (ref. 3-10 ng/ml) How do I lower DHEA? My sleep has been disrupted with kids' illnesses the past several weeks, as well as waking to dose on round for myself and my son. Saliva Thyroid Study fTSH >600 High (ref. BOrderline high:86-120 nlU/mL) fT4 0.25 normal (ref. 0.17-0.42ng/dl) fT3 0.20 low (ref. borderline low 0.21-0.27) TPO + (ref. normal -) I have read that the saliva thyroid test is still undergoing research. I have long had a goiter and typically have bloodwork done to look at my thyroid annually. I went back to my doctor late last week to have additional thyroid bloodwork completed (TSH, fT4 and fT3, he too things that t3 reuptake is inaccuarate and he is also running a complete antibody panel). E2 25 (ref Luteal:7-20 pg/ml) P1 215 (ref Luteal:65-500pg/ml) TTF 19 (ref normal:8-20 pg/ml) Does this indicate estrogen dominance? Would I benefit from more Progesterone? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Additional references appreciated. Sofia

Many thanks Russ
