Guest guest
I do basals and they're low, depending on times of my cycle. They range from 96.0 to 97.8 I check temps during day whenever I remember to do so, but I don't have daily averages because often i only do one or two temp checks and i know that's not too helpful. There's a lot going on in my life and it's been difficult staying put for fifteen minutes prior to taking temps, that is the reason I often don't take temps. I know I need to stay put for fifteen minutes before taking temps, right? With so much going on I don't get to rest for fifteen minutes prior. Sorry for the long post and thanks for your help! > > Are you graphing your temps and are they stable? > > -- > > http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://faqhelp.webs.com/ > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ >
