Guest guest
hey johny, like val said, happened to me too, when my adrenals were alot weaker... temps would drop after exercise. also would happen for any other stressful thing, ie severe emotional stress, next day temps would drop, or t3 raise would cause my temps to drop, illness would cause a " reverse fever " ... i have been weaning off hc slowly after clearance (now getting high cort symptoms) and doesnt really happen all that much anymore. but then i also have cut out the exercise completely for a few weeks now, as it only set my adrenal healing back. not for forever, though!! alexis > > hope this isn't off the subject. my average temp is 36.1. > and tested thus before 10 minutes with a skipping rope on a hot day, working up a big sweat and my temp dropped to 35.6. > is that normal, anyone else have a similar experience. > jonny >
