Guest guest
I generally think over 75-80 mcg while clearing T3 is just asking for problems and might crash your adnreals when the clearance happens. Better to be a tqad low in T3 at clearance than have that issue. Cytomel and Cynomel are pretty comparable in strength. At least for me. You can add in the bedtime dose any time. I try to take T3 1/2 hour befoer I eat but the studies I ahve read say that food does nto interfere with T3 absorbtion as it does with T4 meds. 98 % is absirbed even wiht a full stomach so I dontl think it really matters with food. You want to acvoid takingit wiht ioron or calcium same as any thyroid med. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
If you feel really hypo on the 75mcg and ulse is low you are pretty safe to raise it more before clearance. I sure diud so I cn;t relaly say not ot! LOL BUT I had well covered adrenals and I am very glad I did as I went horribly hyper whne my RT3 cleared seemingly all at once. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
I thought 75mcg was the least amount we should take? Here it sounds like the maxium? >> I generally think over 75-80 mcg while clearing T3 is just asking for > problems and might crash your adnreals when the clearance happens. > Better to be a tqad low in T3 at clearance than have that issue.> > -- > > http://nthadrenalsweb.org/> http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ NaturalThyroidHo rmonesADRENALS/> http://faqhelp. webs.com/> > http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ RT3_T3/> http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/> > http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/HypoPets/> http://www.stopthet hyroidmadness. com/>
Guest guest
75mcg is not an arboitrary number. Some people will need less than that some more, but 75 is a rounded number I use for MOST people. It si in the middle generally not so high as to crash adrenals but high enough to feel whne the T3 breaks into the receptors. ANY time you have high pulse or high temps you may need LESS T3 and by the pther hand if oy uhave LOW pulse and lowe temps you may need mroe., -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
