Guest guest
, Are you keeping track of what you are eating? That could be an important variable. Guest guest
It still troubles me that you can't get up. How about taking your pred later, but at a lower dose? Like take 5 mg cream at bedtime with .5 ml pred? Because it's bioidentical, I think your body will go through the HC cream first, and then when it runs out, will find the pred and use that. And then being a lower dose, might possibly use it up by the time you should wake. If you feel dizzy and like you're at a deficit all day, maybe you should bump the 6:30 p.m. dose to 7.5 mg too. Then you'd be doing 10/10/7.5/7.5/5+ .5 ml pred. Just an idea, Barb " jasrich " wrote: > I'm dosing HC 10mg/8AM, 10mg/11:30-noon, 7.5mg/3:30-4, 5mg/6:30-7 and > 2.5mg of cream right before bed between 10:30 and 11:30 (I stay up a > little later on weekends to try to spend some time with my wife who > stays up later than me working every night).
