Guest guest
Are you tracking your temps at all? Does the angry feeling happen all day or at certain times? How long after you take your HC does it happen? I'm wondering if you might need more, but please be careful ramping up since you are on Armour. HC makes me calmer, BUT when I've started to be able to tell when I'm getting low in cortisol because I become very irratible and I start dropping things left and right. When you first start on HC, your symptoms can sometimes get a bit worse, not just from hypot symptoms, but from more low cortisol symptoms. The way I picture it in my head is my cells were on a starvation diet of low cortisol for a long time, then when I added a tiny bit in, they were saying " Hey! That's what we want! " So after the HC I took wore off they started screaming for MORE NOW! Hence the low cortisol symptoms. I would get dizzy, more fatigued, irritable, and nauseous. So what I'm wondering is if you take the HC and if it wears off if that is what is causing the angry aggressive feelings. Hope that makes sense! Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
hi rie...actually what seems interesting i noted is that the aggressive/angry feelings don't happen all day...in fact they seem to come around hours after i've taken it when i'm ready for the next dose, so i too wondered if perhaps i needed more instead. also i wonder since my levels were flatlined and my body hasn't been used to cortisol for so long that not only is it begging for more but even the tiniest amount is making me sensitive so i'm feeling this way. i'm just so confused bc i've read this can be a symptom of low cortisol or a side effect of HC and scared to ramp up bc i am not sure which is which. i haven't been monitoring my temps which would probably answer this if showing i'm needing more adrenal support then likely the feelings were due to low cortisol? i guess i'll start that and see. i'd hate to have to stop it for that when my body obviously has been needing it! > > Are you tracking your temps at all?
