And anything above may be from a thyroid dump or high Cortisol using it up too quickly? Because my temps have gone above 98.6 at certain parts in the afternoon/evening, and have always been below 98.6 in the morning. Sometimes in the afternoon/evening they are at 98.6, but my puffy face has never gone away yet. Thanks again im greatful for all your help! > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >
Guest guest
Well my temps when they are running really normal may be 98.2 in the AM and then go up ot 99 in the evening but this is a normal pattern and they always average 98.6. So in that case it is normal for me, this is why we track the daily averages as it gets rid of the individual temp fluctuations. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
It is perfectly normal for your temp average to be around 99 IF it's a few days before your period, don't know if you're male or female. But even in those days before your period, your basal morning temp should not be over 98.3. When you ovulate, morning basal can be as low as 97.0 with daily average as low as 97.7. Your most stable temperature to use for adjusting meds is days 2 and 3 of your cycle where the first day of your period counts as day 1. At that point, basal should be between 97.8-98.2, and daily average close to 98.6. You should NOT adjust meds based on temps around ovulation or your period. You will then either go too high or too low on your dose. Barb " madproductionz2000 " wrote: so essentially my temp > shouldnt be going over 98.6 under normal conditions like no cold,no > fever, ect?
