Obsessive thinking and adrenals are common. I believe this is on Dr. Rind's

graph too if I remember correctly. It improves dramatically with adrenal

treatment. I have to laugh now at some of the silly things I obsessed about.

Like a small speck of dirt on the wall, lol.
