Guest guest
Cherie, I think this is such a good point. I notice that I may actually feel pretty good during a stressful event such as this - because of the adrenaline that kicks in. It isn't until the adrenaline rush is gone, that I feel the results of the stress (because my cortisol reserves have been depleted). This is why I have found that stress dosing in any emotionallly stressful situation like this is so important. If I wait, it is too late. In fact, if I feel a big adrenaline rush, I plan to immediately stress dose next time. English > > You could also be having a reacation from the extra stress. I typically have > a delayed reaction. Guest guest
Thanks Cherie, good advice.....that might be why my low back has been so bad....did not stress dose while at hospital thought I felt fine. But since then it has been havoc....last nite my low back hurt all night...Val had me up my HC again yesterday, so far nothing has changed but I will give it some time....I have been scared of the stress dosing as I did some while upping my armour after starting HC and was afraid that might have caused my rT3....but still think the lisinopril might have been the culprit...anyway thats why I am on T3 ritht now working it up, am taking 3 pills a day right now and still miserable but after looking back it was after the stressful day and nite at the hospital....thanks for your help Cherie > You could also be having a reacation from the extra stress. Guest guest
I'm taking HC 12.5-7.5-7.5-5 and take my cytomel 25mcg with the first two doses.... I would try 10 - 10 - 7.5 - 5 and split the Sytomel up more. FOUR 12.5mcg doses. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
