Val - thanksi will do that. should i also treat b12 - i read that can cause all

kinds of issues as well is that true - do i need shots or just otc pills?

I have always had good luck wiht OTC supplements for B12 I take 1mg a

day of sublingual methylcobalamin.

Val you mention to stop iron here and get a Ft3 and RT3. I am guess but will this show the Ft3 higher and Rt3 lower if iron is increased?

You stop the iron for 5 days because it will skew the results of the full iron

panel otherwise.
