One thing I'm not clear on is if the supplements have to be started

before the chelators and, if so, how long before? I'm not really

taking anything much at present, except probiotics most days. Should

I get a supplement program going before I start DMSA?

Or can I start them together?

Vitamin c along with other anti-oxidants are pretty important while

chelating. B vitamins, Omega-3s, zinc, and magnesium are depleted

more rapidly if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, I do understand the importance of taking supplements *while*

chelating. What I don't understand is do you have to be on a

supplement program for some period of time *before* you start chelating?

In the book Andy talks about taking supplements before amalgam

removal, which would also be before beginning detox, except in my case

amalgam removal was 16 months ago. In the last 6-12 months I haven't

been taking any supplements on a regular basis. So I don't have any

reserves, so to speak. I'm wondering if I need to build myself up

before I begin or if I can just begin.
