Urine Creatinine & Mercury Levels

My mercury levels had been monitored via DMPS chelation challenges

up until last summer (none of us knew better!). I've notice urine

creatinine, which has improved, has been on the low end, with

results outlined below:

1) Test Date: 3/04 - DDI

Creatinine - 49 mg/dl (Range 60-160 mg/dl)

Mercury - 93 (Range <4)

(filled the graph/red range)

2) Test Date: 6/05 - Great Smokies

(4 months after amalgams were removed in 2/05)

Creatinine - 67.47 mg/dl (Range 30-209 mg/dl)

Mercury - 13.29 (Range <=6.97)

(lower end of yellow range; other metals were

includeded and were in low yellow or green)

3) Test Date: 7/06 - Great Smokies

Creatinine - 69.35 (Range 23-205)

Mercury - 11.95 (Range <=2.19)

(lower end of yellow range; arsenic had shot up &

filled red range on this one while most other

metals had dropped a few points)

(this follow-up test was done at my request last

summer due to failure to improve)

Should I be concerned or cautious in any way with these creatinine

levels?

Am I correct in suspecting most of my remaining mercury is stored

deeply & that explains why I've been doing very well on DMSA (at

50mg per dose on 7th round), but have an onslaught of symptoms

within 2 days on the lowest doses of ALA (6-7 mg per dose)?

My history demonstrates over 30 years of increasing immune & fatigue

symptoms, leading to severe chronic illness (dementia, fatigue,

immune/MCS/fibro, digestive, neuromuscular, and failure to produce

numerous hormones) beginning 15 years ago, with a mix of many

amalgams & gold crowns throughout this time. Hair testing completed

just before amalgam removal doesn't meet counting rules.

Thanks,

Joanne
