Guest guest
I am over two weeks into my protocal. Vit C three to four times a day BRight three to four times a day Cortef in the am Vitamin D - 1,000 iu L-Tyrosine 500mg one hour before bk Kelp with bk Probiotics 20 billion one to two times daily Progesterone - one bump before bed three weeks on, one week off Mannatech AO - twice daily. Kirkman Cod Liver Oil - (finished up bottle of Nordic Naturals 3,6,9)- which I will go back to when the order comes in. Started taking MB12 3000mcg - Had some left over from a trial awhile back. Will add in Biotin tomorrow..thinking yeast I am not sleeping as well at night. I would not consider myself depressed but I am definately not springing out of bed in the morning. More recently I been having significant trouble with long term recall such as remembering my phone number when dropping off tax information to our tax consultant. Basic things are taking more effort. My focus and concentration is worse, not that it was good to begin with. I know its getting bad when my daughter with PDD is finishing my sentences before I am able to find the words. Usually its only the short term recall that I struggle with. I have tried to down play this in the past by telling myself I just need to work on focusing harder and utilize ways to improve memory, but to be honest, I am concerned. Knowing how much treating my daughter has helped her I do feel that this is temporary and I can get a clear head. I just need to figure out how to get there. I have three amalgrams and one gold crown and it doesn't look like I am going to be able to afford to get them removed anytime in the near future. I am counting on finding the right supplements to get me by. Despite memory issues I do feel things are getting better! I am not nearly as agitated. Kinda have that flat feeling tho.. that is why I went off of zoloft in the past. I have become a sweater and my acne has cleared up. Yahoo! This is a new experience. I read somewhere about needing to avoid certain types of deodorants. Can someone help me with this? Just checking in. Do you fall asleep easily and stay asleep during the night, and just not rested in the morning? Melatonin might help - various other sleep supports are available. Seriphos comes to mind, especially since you are also having memory problems. > information to our tax consultant. Basic things are taking more > effort. I would definitely avoid anti-perspirants. And I would avoid the " crystal " deodorants because they probably have aluminum in them. Always good to have some positive changes - calm, sweating, and clear complexion! Maybe the flat feeling has something to do with poor sleep? --
