Guest guest
Hi! I have just finished taking antibiotica. I took it for 3 days and became really really sick. My question is: what can I do now? If I have to take probiotics, in which dosages should I take it? Bent

Drink lots of water. Take in extra salt. Look for a probiotic with a large number of microorganisms (make sure the health food store has them refrigerated and check expiry date for freshest)(often the better ones are more expensive). If you are dairy sensitive look for dairy free probiotics. Start at the dose recommended on the bottle and if tolerated fine increase up to 10x recommended dose. If your condition worsens or you get a fever it would be good to check with your doctor. J > Bent >
