How does the contraception pill fit into adrenals and chelation?

If someone is one progesterone cream and HC and Pregnenolone and/or DHEA, can

starting the pill throw thing around a bit?

How do those of you on the pill manage with chelation?

Any precautions.

I'm concerned because Jeffries notes (Safe uses of Cortisol) that many women

fell pregnant after years of not conceiving on a little HC (I think only 5mg).

Thanks,

Dean

You might look into the possibility of using progesterone

cream to prevent ovulation. It requires a good bit of cream.

Lee's books will have some info on this, I think, or

you may find a good online resource.

Of course, additional protection is advisable, and becoming

aware of cyclical changes, checking temps, cervical mucus

and structure, etc is helpful.
