DID YOU KNOW that a Federal Judge in Miami has ruled that ABA therapy  be covered by Medicaid?  This is a very important ruling that must stand.  The inability of Medicaid recipients with ASD to access  evidence-based treatment has been inexplicable.  We recognize that there  are many treatment options for families in our community and we support  a family's right to choose any path they believe is best for their  child, but the government's argument that ABA is " experimental " has and  continues to be erroneous.  Let's keep the pressure on and make sure the children who are most in need continue to have access to the full range of evidence-based therapy options.  We congratulate and thank all the plaintiffs in this case for having the courage to fight to correct this  inequity.
