Didn't hc help with your response to stress? How much were you taking and on what schedule? Are you on a good supplement program containing things that might benefit emotional issues (B vitamins, omega 3 oils, inositol, etc). Have you tried any supps or meds specifically for emotional issues? > I am gonna be going through some tough times this comng week and wanna > be able to function through them? > Andy posted a while back on what to try for emotional issues: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/frequent-dose-chelation/message/15287 --
Guest guest
How much do you know about chemical sensitivities you may have? I go into the 'stupor state' with just a few whiffs of diesel exhaust & some other things. If you've been able to identify things like that, avoidance is really important. Mercury in the air at the dental office may do you in a little. It's good to take activated charcoal before and after the appointments to absorb any you would possible swallow during the appointments, and that info is in the IAOMT protocol. I think Andy talks about Alka Seltzer Gold for mental 'fog'. I haven't tried it.
