Has anyone had trouble trying to metabolise the hydrocortisone. Andy

said I needed hydrocortisone and I am lucky to get it compounded with

no fillers as I am so chemically sensitive. Have been having so many

problems with it. Very definate yeast increase and only a few other

benefits e.g. bit more energy and slight weight gain. Have to take

natural anti-fungals and probiotics to keep up with yeast increase

and through this the liver is becoming overburdened due to die off

reactions. Such a vicious cycle. Now getting itchy rash on arms and

increased psoriasis on scalp. My body seems more stressed due to the

yeast increase and yet I know I need the hydrocortisone. I think my

liver does not function well. I am in the middle of amalgam removal

at present and have dropped from 12.5 mg hyd to 10.mg. I was

increasing 2.5mg per week. Maybe I have to go slower. Didnt seem to

have as much problem doing the cream but did not see any real benefit

either. My other hormones are all on the low side (saliva test).

Feeling so low, was hoping the hydrocortisone would help with the

anxiety etc. but the yeast increase has just made everything worse.

I thought the yeast was meant to subside? Anybody else had the same

reaction to me and through very slow increases felt better

eventually?. Thyroid prob needs help too but will need to address

adrenals first. Help so much appreciated!!
