Guest guest
Hi I have been on dmsa for some months. It is 8 years since I removed my amalgams. Thereafter 3 years of abslute disaster before i was back to normal. I then startet i.m. injections B12 regularly and have been in very bad shape for the last 2 1/2 years. I had a major body break down because of taking a strong herbal cure nearly a year ago. I had bearly begun functioning when I startet dmsa. So my question is: Would it be better for the body to rest and become stronger, some months, a year, before I go on with Andys protocoll. I am so happy I finally have found something that works, but at the same time.... Is it just a question of being patient? Will the energy return when I start with the ALA/dmsa, or some time after? I know some people here who go on ALA alone and they say they have never felt better. They take relatively high doses of ALA (200 mg/doses). Two more years of hardship is maybe to much for the body too. I friend told me that is not the way nature works. One needs restperiods, I was told. Anybody got a clue? I am not sure what is best for you, but is often possible to find a dose that is low enough to cause little or no symptoms. If you can identify what dose level this is for you, then you may be able to chelate comfortably without overstressing yourself. It will be important to provide your body with the nutrients it needs during this process. > Is it just a question of being patient? Two more Some people feel better while taking chelators. You may or may not be one of those people. > years of hardship is maybe to much for the body too. I would suggest working on stress management and improved sleep quality to improve your ability to rest and heal. The body should have rest and recovery periods every day. You can do this while you chelate. -- > Anybody got a clue? > > Regards, Kris >
