I'm not chelating yet, as I'm still working on getting all the amalgams out. But I do take stuff for Lyme Disease, every 3 to 4 hours around the clock. I just set them up in plastic containers that were made to hold nails and screws, and carry them with me. I'm a massage therapist, and my work schedule changes daily. Often I quickly pop a dose between clients, or driving from one client to the next. I plan on dosing every 3 hours, and allow it to slip to 4 if I have to. I nearly always wake up 3 hours after going to sleep, so the middle of the night doses are easy. I just leave the capsules and water by the bed at night. For sleeping with the pain, have you tried an assortment of pillows? Body pillows are very helpful. Lying on your side, you can use one to support your top knee so that gravity doesn't have as great a pull on your top hip and pelvis to low back. Same with your upper shoulder/arm. You can also lie one against your back and lean into it. Really flat pillows can help to position your neck - just fold or roll the part under the neck so that it barely supports - leave the part under your head flat. Lying on your back, put a pillow under your knees to take the stress off of your low back. At my worst, I padded up a recliner and slept there. D. [Old advice from a country uncle... ] The point is to TRY to keep a schedule... use all the help you can get, like this great group's ideas... Here's a tip from me: I made up a form I created in MS Word [use the table wizard, or if you're a wihz, do it in Excel] and have columns that have the supplement / medicine name in it, then columns for " Upon Awaking " / " With Breakfast " / Midmorning / etc. onto " Right before Bed " or like mine, " 9pm " .... then list everything you take and put the # of what you take when in the boxes.... THEN -- On Sunday morning, afternoon [or Sat, whatever]I put my upcoming week's worth of stuff into little tiny bags I get from www.vitaminshoppe.com or other health food places [www.thepillbag.com] and then get them out in hte mornings -- OR - you can have them all tidied up in their own bigger baggies to just grab in the mornings... This helps me tremendously to not forget my supps and my chelation meds when Im running out the door by Day 3 of a round.. usually pretty groggy in the AM by then... putting them in ahead of time also lets me know if i'm running low onthings and order that Monday or call in the refill.... Also -- Get those ugly reminder watches from CADEX - best prices on the 'net - and set up to 12 timed events with wording to remind you to take your stuff.... And I even have a reminder to look at my To-Do List - hopefully that forgetfullness is just leftover from habit now, and not permanent! You may also realize your arthitic pains will subside a lot with chelation. Mine did - I actually rode a bike last weekend for 40 mins and was able to do things the next day - HA! been a while for that! Hope these help you to cope thru your day... and trust that you're going to get better... you are so fortunate you found this site!!! TAke care and best wishes, DA

I've read many posts about how important a > regular schedule is. But it just seems impossible. TK--- buy a timer watch or pager like the invisible clock and take things when you need to just like chelation. > > So, I'm curious what other people's schedules are like. Are they very > consistent? TK--- for supplementation, meds, chelation and other things yes, very much. Or does it just get so messed up on round TK--- if you try you can manage things so they don't that > " the best you can " is good enough?
