I'm really struggling with scheduling. Besides the mercury, I have

arthritis in my low spine, neck and shoulders so getting a good

night's sleep is near impossible... I can't stay in any one position

for more than a few hours. (On the plus side, I don't expect dosing

every 3 hours round-the-clock to be much of a problem!)

So I have very unpredictable nights, which makes for very

unpredictable days. My " routine " seldom looks the same from one day

to another. I'm trying to get on a regular supplementation routine

(as the necessary prerequisite for chelation) and there just aren't

enough hours in the day. I've read many posts about how important a

regular schedule is. But it just seems impossible.

So, I'm curious what other people's schedules are like. Are they very

consistent? Did you start out that way or evolve into it? Is there

anyone still on a catch-as-you-can schedule? Does having a regular

routine really matter? Or does it just get so messed up on round that

" the best you can " is good enough? Anyone who feels like sharing,

please do.
