Guest guest
Yikes. Well, I'm definitely done with the adderall, even with small doses it felt like a strain to the system. But Lunesta...i have such trouble sleeping, and melatonin gets me very depressed if i take it more than rarely, even at small doses. Too bad, because it does make me sleep. So, taking all the nutrients suggested for clearing aluminum, and chelating the mercury, does it seem like i can afford to take the lunesta, at least part-time? It's a very small pill... thanks for pointing this out --didn't know. Guest guest
I don't know what the rest of your hair test looked like but I had a suggestion regarding the melatonin. You may need small amounts of lithium a few times a week if your hair lithium was low and you have mercury. This might counteract the depression and once you are sleeping well on the melatonin and removing these metals...you may not need the lithium either. I am talking about supplemental lithium..not prescription. Supplemental is available at HFS. I personally noticed my insomnia went away when I started on adrenal support. How are your adrenals?
