Note that Andy begins this discussion by saying that sulfur foods " are foods that contain free thiol groups, not literally foods that contain sulfur in any form. " Maybe this is why there is so much difference between Andy's list and some of the other so-called sulfur food lists. The actual list of sulfur foods is given on pg 196 in paragraph form.
