i appreciate the list! can you please give me the page in amalgam

illness? i've looked up every page listed in the index under sulfur

foods and i don't see this list.

can someone clarify, are green beans on the high sulfur list?

In the Appendix section there is a discussion of sulfur foods starting

on pg 195. Note that Andy begins this discussion by saying that

sulfur foods " are foods that contain free thiol groups, not literally

foods that contain sulfur in any form. " Maybe this is why there is so

much difference between Andy's list and some of the other so-called

sulfur food lists.

The actual list of sulfur foods is given on pg 196 in paragraph form.

I can sometimes understand information better in list form so that is

why I had transcribed the list into my note file.

Chocolate is also somewhat sulfury.
