Wow, I admire your discipline. I know deep in my soul a clean

diet will help me heal. But I swear I think some people kick heroin

sooner than I can kick bad eating habits.

Did you start this diet before during or after chelation? Do you

think this diet is making chelation more effective for you? Can you

increase your doses more? I just have a feeling that a pure diet is

essential when healing and could only make chelation easier.

Also, how do know when your milk is heated to 160? And where did

you get the yogurt maker/starter?

Sorry to bombard you with questions - just want to make sure I do

this right.

Hi Val, I am just starting chelation so I can't comment on any benefits

of using the diet when detoxing. I can say I feel better.

I just place the milk in a large pan on the oven burner set on medium

and allow it to start steaming after about 10 minutes, stirring it

occasionally for 5, then let it cool. I buy the yogurt starter, brand

name yogourmet, at the local health food store. It should stay

refrigerated. I bought the yogurt maker itself online at

http://www.ikitchen.com, the Deni 1-Quart Electric 87-5600 for $35.36

including shipping. I'm sure there are better deals out there.
