Guest guest
Never heard of this supplment before this group and Andy's book. I've been getting these bad headaches with horrible ear pressure and brain fog. I can't figure out what's triggering them... diet, mercury, environment. But I started taking vinoceptine, and for now at least, it's really, really helping the symptoms. Just 25 mgs a day thus far. Very interesting. Guest guest
em_hirsch, could you please tell us what brand of Vinpocetine you found to be good? I just did a search after you posted, and I would have no idea what to buy. At this point, I need more mental clarity and I'm wanting to try anything and everything to have ANY kind of improvement. It's been 30 years since I've had a " clear " day, and I'm worse now than ever, making it harder than it's ever been to get through my days. Guest guest
hi donna the ear pressure, headaches and brain fog can also be a symptom of lyme disease. it may be worth getting tested for lyme. karen > > em_hirsch, could you please tell us what brand of Vinpocetine you found to be good? Thanks! > : Donna Hi, Donna, I just plucked the one brand my health supp store had: Jarrow Formulas, 5 mgs. I've been taking it 2x a day. I find it remarkable - thus far. It's only been 2 days, but it absolutely ended my brain fog and headaches. And it works incredibly fast. I'm worried it will stop working, but for now, it's great. Good luck.
