Sounds like this is not doing what you want.

Have you had testing to confirm adrenal issues? How is your

thyroid?

I used eleuthero ginseng a long time ago when I was super hyped up,

and it was calming. I am not sure if it is good when you are very

fatigued. I did get a little benefit from other types of ginseng

when I was more fatigued - I also found licorice and ashwagandha

helpful.

FWIW, I think I have been spending too much time trying to figure

out my adrenals and the adrenal support has possibly made me more

symptomatic with hypothyroid symptoms. If you happen to have a

thyroid problem as well (very common), then don't delay addressing

your thyroid, too.
