First, and most important, ALA must be given every 3 hours or more often. Otherwise, it will cause redistribution of mercury and more damage. There are other potentially harmful ingredients, such as sodium selenite, garlic, MSM, carrageenan, methionine. Even the potentially good stuff is needed by different people in different quantities and the amounts given in this product are not one-size-fits-all. Many of us, even if we need a supplement, may not tolerate it at first. It is recommended to try new things in isolation. If you have a problem, then you know what is the source of the problem. -- > 1) It includes 600 mg a day of Carrageenan (Red Algae)- -- would > this be considered a low/safe dose and maybe other things in the > product could bind any mercury the algae moved around? > > 2) It has dl-Methionine 50 mg. Guest guest
TK--- You can not use any product with ALA in it except on a 3hr dosing schedule. ALA - alpha Lipoic Acid is the chelator of choice here for removing intracellular Hg. The algae is not recommended either. > > Hi, > I " m new to the group and to mercury chelation, been reading through > Andys book and Moria's website.
