It is economical to make your own yogurt. With a dairy intolerance

goat's milk can be used (supposedly closer to human milk) or almond

milk. There are recipes for making almond milk. Here is the recipe

for yogurt:

The number of organisms per cup is mentioned at that site.

No. In general the more expensive brands of CLO are better because of

lower levels of mercury and PCBs. I use Nordic Naturals. Another

brand was mentioned recently in this group.

If flax seed oil is tolerated it may be more economical (then vitamin

D and vitamin A would have to be obtained separately). Flax seed oil

goes rancid quickly so must be refrigerated and used quickly. What I

used to do was keep flaxseed oil capsules and ground flax meal in the

freezer to get around this problem.

The kids are also on Kirkman's multi-vitamin and

I can sure relate to the financial pressures and have had lots of

basement problems too. I hope that you will be able to obtain Cortef

on insurance so that you have more energy to cope with everything. If

I remember correctly from your results there were other hormone issues

that needed to be addressed.

Exactly! That's my motto.
