Guest guest
Thanks , I agree that mercury seems a more likely problem. After thinking about it it doesn't surprise me that I am copper and magnesium deficient since that is common among people with weak adrenal function. I still have the copper IUD but plan to have it removed soon anyway. I can't help feeling I wish there were a more definitive answer (rather than a *high probability*). When I think about some of the low elements I wonder if it's just due to poor diet and not nec mercury poisoning...I know, DENIAL. I can't help it. I have so many fillings I can't imagine what they would do to removed them other than leave me toothless! That, and I really don't have that kind of money right now. My state of health has left me unable to work and living off my boyfriend for the past year and a half. I will definitely be checking out Andy's books, but I'm not sure I will be able to do anything about the problem for a while. Any tips in the meantime on cutting back my aluminum exposure? I guess I'll have to quit antipersperant for sure. It doesn't seem that my aluminum level is that big a problem since it seems only slightly over the range (7.9 vs under 7.0) but I certainly don't want it to get any higher, especially if mercury poisoning is causing me to retain it. I plan to supplement with magnesium, which I was doing last year for a while. But I don't think I will supplement w/ copper since high levels can be toxic. I think I will try to eat foods rich in copper instead. Not sure what to do about high chromium. I fyou have any advie for this, also appreciated. Thanks again for your advice.
