Guest guest
> Have you noticed your health improving? Oh yes. I'm very well now. Fully functional and feel great. It has taken a LOT of hard and consitant effort to get here. Now I'm fine-tuning now and working towards optimal health - I'm never crashing in the same way again!. The body seems to go through a metamorphosis with chelation as all the systems start working again. But it is a whole process. I just decided to do it as properly as possible from my perspective and get all the metals and POSSIBLE sources of toxicity out my mouth (though some would call it the extreme option, I just did wnat to leave any possibilties open). I came at it from different angles. But followed the oral chelation properly. I owe a lot of gratitude to Andy Cutler and this list. The food allergy test, ALCAT, was one of the biggest helps. >are you also chelating? Yes, still at it though I feel well almost all the time now. I could stop if I did know better. But since I still get very mild symptoms on round - headache, fatigue etc I know all is not out yet. I'm on ALA 30mg. I got Parkinson-like tremors when I increased beyond that and that scared me enough to back off. I'd rather go another 2 years at a low dose than scare myself like that again. I've done 42 rounds (I was on DMSA 50 at the end, and have just added it again to my most recent round. ALA 30mg and DMSA 50mg. > What do you have in place of the root canals? I had a partial denture. Flexite is best option. Or Diamond Crown bridges. Except mine was a front-tooth, so I got what is called a canta-lever to prevent bridging across the midline. It is attached to the tooth next to it only in an L-shape (not to two teeth as in a convectional bridge) >What kind of money did you spend doing these?. Well, I had to borrow money and it was expensive - but was the best investment I have ever made. I don't live in the US, so can't give you estimates in dollars. >I cant afford extensive dental work , my > options are limited except if I head south of the border but > unsure. If you go to the right dentist in Mexico you are likely better off. Dr 's dentists are reputable. Others may, or may not be. >You have plastic partials then, I had a holistic dentist > tell me that plastic also leaches and what about the adhesive but > then again, He is wrong. Flexite does not leach. Other partials do leach Cadmium and other plastics. See 'Removable Partial Dentures' here: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/dentalnetwork/ >He wanted over 2500 to redo the 2 crowns. I am confused > as you can tell. I appreciate you sharing your story , it helps. Dentists don't 'get' toxicity. They are into aesthetics and functionality of bite. He is ripping you off. I have heard of people getting their whole dental revision done in Mexico for 500 dollars. Including several root canal extractions, amalgam removal, cavitation cleaning etc - and above all an understanding of what it means to your health. Take someone with you if you go and follow the dental aftercare program. Dean
